The Guillon Distillery, producing French spirits near Reims

Nestled in the heart of a state-owned forest in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park, the Guillon Distillery has been producing a malt-based spirit with a unique and incomparable taste since 1997. The source of pure water that gushes forth from the estate, the double distillation of which only the toasting heart is kept and the ageing in oak barrels from the most emblematic French vineyards give the Spirit of Malt subtle and complex aromas that delight connoisseurs.

The elaboration of exceptional spirits

Taking advantage of his skills as an oenologist and his experience as a distiller, its creator Thierry Guillon has succeeded in making a name for himself in the land of bubbles, by creating an original and elegant product, both traditional and innovative. The acquisition of new finishing casks and the creation of new blends now allow the Guillon Distillery based in Louvois near Reims, Epernay and Tinqueux, to offer a range of spirit products entirely revisited.
